Deepak Kumar Singh is the Chief Operating Officer and Founder Member of the Company. He is a Commerce Graduate and has nearly 10 years of varied experience in corporate advisory, structured finance and Project Management Consultancy;

Being the founder of Redicel Consultants, his vision is to create a Global presence and build the distribution strength of Redicle Consultants and pull the available resources for his diversified chain of clients;

Mrs. Swati Jain Singh, a Member of the Board of Directors of the Company. She is a member of The Institute of Company Secretaries o of India (ICSI);

She is a Commerce graduate from University of Calcutta, India;

She has nearly Eight years of experience in Project & Finance Consultancy, Financial & capital markets intermediation, Taxation and has a wide cross section of market relationships;

Oversee, review, and adhere to the budgets for each business department. Assist in company-wide budgetary planning. Ensure that all of the company's financial practices are in line in statutory regulations and legislation. Analyse the financial climate and market trends to assist senior executives in creating strategic plans for the future. Interpret complex financial information and provide updates and information as needed. Monitor cash flow, accounts, and other financial transactions. Prepare official reports on a monthly and annual basis.

Responsible for monthly book closure, preparation and posting of Journal entries, financial reporting and reconciliations. Providing business unit general accounting and internal control support, completion of the close. Ensure the general ledger account balances and trial balance are accurate and reflect the proper amounts in accordance with the given guidelines. Prepare monthly journals after analysis of prepaid and accruals account etc. Prepare monthly closure of accounts and report the completion status with the respective managers on a regular basis. Perform variance analysis of balance sheet and P&L accounts monthly, quarterly, and annually.

Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team. Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence. Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives. Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs. Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team. Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.

Conduct Regular Process Governance Audits and Identify Potential Risks in the process and propose mitigation plans. Conduct Risk Assessment covering operational risks, confidential client data handling, legal risks, contractual compliance of processes. Perform Contractual Obligation audit report to the Senior Management with the status and corrective actions to be taken for the findings. Conduct FMEA and process mapping for processes from different work stream. Conducting Training on various Quality Aspects on regular basis. To manage the operation of the organization's total quality management (TQM) program.

Process and prepare financial and business forms for the purpose of checking account balances, facilitating purchases, etc. Perform routine calculations to produce analyses and reports as requested by the finance director. Help oversee and manage individual accounts.

Producing financial reports related to budgets, account payables, account receivables, expenses etc. Developing long-term business plans based on these reports. Reviewing, monitoring and managing budgets. Developing strategies that work to minimise financial risk.
